When registering your hi777 account, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number, a working email address, and a secure password of your own choosing. You are fully responsible for the security of your hi777 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your password and ensuring your account is not left accessible on shared devices. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hi777 support immediately via the contact details at the end of these terms.

hi777 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from hi777 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. We communicate with players through registered email addresses and in-platform messaging only.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or purchase an hi777 account.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between different hi777 accounts.
• hi777 may close accounts found to be operated by minors without prior notice, and all balances in such accounts will be forfeited.

hi777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account holders, though hi777 may request additional verification for unusually large deposits.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your hi777 account within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Card deposits are instant in most cases. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, contact hi777 support with the transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. hi777 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and request alternative payment if this rule is breached.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount at hi777 is Rs 1,000. There is no hi777-imposed maximum withdrawal limit, though your chosen payment method may have its own daily transfer limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, hi777 support will work with you to agree an alternative method. Withdrawals are not processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, hi777 may request identity verification documents where these have not previously been provided. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is required before your first withdrawal regardless of amount. Please have a valid CNIC or passport available when making your first withdrawal request.

hi777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions where applicable, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings where stated.

General bonus terms applicable across all hi777 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All sports bets placed on hi777 are subject to these general terms and to the specific rules governing each sport, as published in the hi777 sports betting section. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general terms for the relevant sport.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• hi777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time, including after bets have been placed, where there is credible evidence of price manipulation, suspicious activity, or event cancellation.
• Voided bets are returned to the player at the stake value. If a voided selection forms part of an accumulator, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. hi777 may delay or refuse acceptance of in-play bets during periods of high market volatility or when critical game moments are in progress.
• Cricket markets follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). Any result changes made after settlement will only trigger bet resettlement if hi777 determines the original settlement was materially incorrect.
• Maximum payout per single bet and per day may be applied at hi777's discretion. Players will be informed if a maximum payout applies at the time of placement.

• All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation software. Game outcomes are not influenced by the player's previous history, bet size, or account status.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. hi777 will investigate all reported technical failures and provide a resolution within 72 hours.

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device or IP address.

• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes to place bets at clearly incorrect odds. hi777 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting bonus terms or pricing differences.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that was obtained fraudulently.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing hi777 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account by any means.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or attempts to use hi777 to process funds derived from illegal activity.

hi777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there is reason to believe these terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of verified breach — such as operating multiple accounts or confirmed fraud — hi777 may forfeit the account balance in addition to closing the account. hi777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected player via their registered email address of any action taken.

Players may also voluntarily close their own hi777 account at any time by contacting support. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

hi777 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their activity and maintain control over their spending.
